1. Account Registration

To play on BDJoy, you must first create a valid account. You are required to provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. BDJoy reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false information.

• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The phone number and email address provided at registration must belong to you personally.
• Your account password must be kept strictly confidential. Sharing your password with anyone is not allowed.
• Accounts may not be transferred or sold to a third party.
• An NID or passport may be requested at any time for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

2. Eligibility

The following eligibility conditions apply to all BDJoy participants. Every member is responsible for complying with these requirements.

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited from gaming on BDJoy.
• Online gaming must be legal under the laws of your own country. Access from jurisdictions where it is prohibited is not permitted.
• You must be in a sound mental state and full control of your judgment when playing.
• BDJoy employees are not permitted to play games on the platform.

3. Deposits & Payments

You can easily deposit on BDJoy via Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket. The following rules apply to all deposits.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum limit depends on the payment method.
• You must use a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

• If money laundering or suspicious transactions are detected, BDJoy is obligated to notify the relevant authorities.
• Deposited funds must be used for gameplay — not solely for the purpose of withdrawal.

4. Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions must be met to withdraw winnings from BDJoy.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• BDJoy reserves the right to investigate any unusual or suspicious winnings.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

BDJoy's bonus offers are designed exclusively for members. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements — typically 10–30x the bonus amount.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are only valid on selected games — certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.
• Bonus abuse or attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account termination.
• BDJoy reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

6. Gaming Rules

All games on BDJoy are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are entirely fair and automated.

• If a technical error affects a game result, BDJoy reserves the right to void the round in question.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the outcome will be determined based on server logs.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in a game will result in the forfeiture of related winnings.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final. Misconduct toward the dealer is strictly prohibited.
• Once a bet is accepted in Sports Betting, the outcome cannot be changed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the BDJoy platform. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources on the platform.
• Collusion — attempting to win games by conspiring with other players.
• Using BDJoy's brand, logo, or content without authorization.
• Harassing or misconduct towards other members.

8. Responsible Gaming

BDJoy believes gaming is for fun — never for stress. That's why we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

• You can set a deposit limit on your account at any time.
• A cooling-off period (24 hours to 30 days) is available if you need a temporary break.
• Contact support to permanently exclude yourself (self-exclusion).
• If you notice signs of gaming addiction, we strongly encourage you to seek professional help.

9. Privacy & Security

Protecting your personal information is one of BDJoy's top priorities. We never sell your data to third parties.

• All personal information is protected with SSL encryption.

10. Account Closure & Suspension

BDJoy may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) may be flagged as dormant.

Members may also close their account at any time by contacting support. If a valid balance remains, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it first.

11. Limitation of Liability

BDJoy is not liable for the following.

• Losses from games or bets due to internet disconnection.
• If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
• Payment delays caused by third-party technical issues.
• If a game is interrupted due to a server issue on the game provider's end.

12. Changes to Terms

BDJoy reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
